1. How long will it take for my product to be made?

Each bottle is compounded on a per order basis daily to ensure you receive a freshly made solution that will be stable for its topical use. We make a small batch of each product daily and it’s shipped within 5 working days from payment, usually the same day that it’s compounded.

2. How long will it take it to arrive?

For EU customers we use a regular post which takes 1 week on average. For international customers we use couriers which take 3 to 5 weeks. Any shipment exceeding 100 EUR in value must be shipped with a courier regardless of your location for tracking and insurance purposes.

3. What happens if my bottle is lost?

In the unlikely event that the courier dispatcher loses your package we will send you a replacement bottle without extra charge.

4. Are there any side effects with your products?

As with all compounds, side effects are always possible, however they are rare. We offer the highest quality pharmaceuticals in sensible dosages and with proven protocols and carriers. Please use as directed.

5. Can I leave your products overnight?

Yes. We recommend leaving them overnight or at least 4 hours for proper absorption.

6. Do you offer refunds?

No. We are unable to offer refunds. We are only able to send another bottle if one gets lost. We also do not offer refunds if the treatment is not effective for you.

8. Can I get a discount if I share my progress?

Yes, we are happy to provide discounts if you share your progress on a forum or social media.

9. How long will it take to see results?

It varies on each person and the product but as a rule of thumb we need 3 to 6 months to see if a product is working (reduced shedding, increased density, noticeable thicker hair.

10. Which payment methods do you accept?

We only accept credit cards. We do not accept bank transfers nor any other payment method.
